We had our dinner in Pho Hoa (a Vietnamese Noodle House) at the 2/F of Robinsons Place. Though we didn't really want to dine there, not because we didn't like the food because we had more that trice visited their other branch inside Glorietta so we know that they’re really good, it's just that we have this habit of dining and trying out new ones and we thought that there’s a new “Thai Restaurant” beside them, complete with signage & everything but it turns out that it was actually their sister company but didn’t materialize so they have to temporarily use the place to cover the cost for the rent. While we were eating a Caucasian female was complaining because she had the same impression, she wanted a “Thai food” and she was disappointed to realize that she can only have Vietnamese.
